"Ordering Our Life" is an endeavor to bring more order to our life now and for the future, in the midst of a season of transition where there are so many unknowns and so much "unsettledness." I believe God is giving me specific ways to be faithful with the time I have now, so I may better serve and love Him, my family, and others. But it is absolutely vital for me to keep in mind as I work towards this that He is my rock, my trust, and my hope, and that my goal is not that I would gain Control over my life, but that I would be faithful with it.
I just re-read a wonderful post about transition by my dear friend Gena, and I would encourage you to take a minute to read it, too. Gena so beautifully brings perspective to this topic.
