I was looking over our bookshelves, trying to pick out books to get rid of or else relocate to the garage (to make more space) when I came upon a book by Francis Schaeffer called True Spirituality. I flipped through it to where the bookmark was, and read something I underlined awhile ago but didn't remember. It's given me something to ponder and chew on. I'll share it with you:
"...I think there are two practical tests as to when we are coveting against God or men; first, I am to love God enough to be contented; second, I am to love men enough not to envy."
